Access and connection – Distance education students

Distance education students have access to the same library services as any on-site student:

  • Outil de découverte (catalogue) and personal library file
  • Loan of documents from the library’s collection
  • Electronic resources
  • Interlibrary loan (ILL)

  • Connection
    • Use library access codes; do not use your UQAT code to access Symbiose. Library access codes normally appear on student cards or may be obtained via email (aide.bibliotheque@uqat.ca). Library access codes are essential to access all the databases requiring identification.

  • Forgotten your password?
    • Click on the Forgotten your password button on the home page of the library website.
      Databases

  • Databases
    • Our library has more than a 100 databases, which are made accessible to every user; however, many of them require from users to identify themselves. To access these databases from your personal computer or from outside any CEGEP and UQAT campuses, you must identify yourself using your personal library access code.
